If you're feeling a bit down in the dumps after a long winter, put Bananas on your shopping list to boost your mood and help beat stress. They contain trytophan which is converted into serotonin - the brain chemical that makes us feel happy. Also bananas are a good choice for when you have to resort to breakfast on the run.

Mmmm, I actually heard that it is the stringy long bits that are the most happiness inducing. I dunno if it is true but they are the bit that one can often avoid.

Are you feeling a bit down in the dumps! Is it the knitting is it getting you down! If I was of a different character I would be very depressed with how my knitting is doing, but I am not so I just laugh out loud!

I think sometimes I need to eat lots of bananas then !I love bananas they are so quick and easy to eat.Eat them on the way out the front door too!.
ReplyDeleteYes i love freecycle too, I have just put some clothes and trainers(only worn twice! naughty boy!) of my sons on there and someone is picking them up at 9.30 if i dont fall asleep! by then). I like putting things on there too especially if it helps its a great thing like a swap shop !
